Starting with your hands and feet, self-massage can loosen these blockages over time, clear the "gunk" in your joints, and allow your vital energy to flow. Eat Much Better, Eat Much Less
Overeating strains the digestive system. Consuming less food allows for more efficient digestion, and food the quality of your food is also important. Adding fruits and vegetables while eliminating sugar and processed foods reduces toxicity and helps organs function more efficiently. By improving food quality and reducing intake, your body's vital energy is freed up and redirected toward healing. Changing your diet may be difficult, but we'll help keep you accountable!
Walking
If you don't walk regularly - start now with whatever distance you're comfortable. If you have children, get them into the (lifelong) habit of walking outdoors. Your skeleton and muscles were designed for walking long distances, so it is both natural and healthy to walk every day. In an "indoor" world, walking gets you into the fresh air (energy) and gives you a mental break where ideas and emotions work themselves out. Walking is a "best" exercise with no downside.
